INTRO:
There’s just something special about these cranberry white- chocolate bites! From the explosion of flavor that you get from the chocolate combined with the cranberry, and to the nice soft dough. These cookies are just the right amount of sweet, and they are insanely delicious!
Preparation
Bring out the egg, and butter to rest at room temperature.
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until light, then add in the egg and vanilla extract.
Add in the chocolate chips and dried cranberries to this mixture
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch.
5. Once finished, mix the dry and wet ingredients slowly together.
6. Cool the dough in the fridge for about 45 minutes. Chilling the dough enables the ingredients to have time to rest and spread out.
7. Once the dough is brought out, use an ice cream scoop or hands to equally size the cookies out.
8. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
9. On a lined baking tray, spread out the cookies evenly, and bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
10. Bring cookies out to completely cool for 7 minutes.
11. Enjoy!
