When the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must unite to protect their home and save the world from a second ice age.

Honest Review:

Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire delivers a fresh take on the classic franchise, incorporating stunning visuals and exciting action sequences that keep you on the edge of your seat. The movie has a good lineup of actors, bringing back the original Ghostbusters from the 90’s. However, the plot feels confusing at times, making it difficult to fully invest in the story. Additionally, some of the humor falls flat with some dull punchlines. For example, in one of the lines they say “let me ask you a question. If there is something strange in the neighborhood. Who are they gonna call?” which someone replies to him with ”The Ghostbusters. They are gonna call the Ghostbusters”, which at this point feels kinda old. In this movie, they have probably said “ghostbuster” more times than in the entire franchise, which is completely missing the mark and ruining the overall experience.

Final Score 75%

Honest Review:

The Wild Robot is an animated movie based on Peter Brown's popular book. It tells the story of Roz, a robot who ends up on a remote island because a typhoon causes their package to crash. The animation is really beautiful, with bright colors and detailed backgrounds that make the island feel very real.

The plot mixes adventure and friendship as Roz learns to connect with the animals around her. As she explores the island, she ends up having to take care of a gosling. It's entertaining to watch her grow from just a robot into a caring figure for the gosling and everyone around her. The voice acting is great and the music adds to the emotional moments.

While the pacing can be a bit slow sometimes, it lets you really understand the characters. Overall, The Wild Robot is a heartwarming movie that explores important themes like belonging and empathy. It’s a perfect pick for families and anyone who enjoys a good story.
