Christmas is just around the corner, and you can make this holiday season even jollier with the addition of the Candy Cane Cheesecake!
This recipe is easy to make, affordable and insanely scrumptious!
Serves 8 people
284 calories per serving
6 candy canes
260 grams cream cheese
240 grams graham crackers
½ cup melted butter
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar
Step 1. Crush the graham crackers, then incorporate the melted butter.
Step 2. Line the mixture to the bottom of the cake pan.
Step 3. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until thickened.
Step 4. Add in the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix them together well.
Step 5. Finely crush the candy canes in a ziplock bag, then incorporate them into the cream cheese-powdered sugar mixture.
Step 6. Layer the cream cheese-powdered sugar mix on top of the graham cracker mix. (Make sure that everything is leveled)
Step 7. Chill the cheesecake for 3 hours until serving.
Step 8. Serve the cheesecake! You may choose to top it off with whipped cream, and even more candy canes!
