Every month The Raven's Call will feature the beloved pets of the various staff at LDH. This month it's all about winter snow and festive decor!
Dexter - Ms. K, Ms Kutyma, Amy
Dexter is getting old in age - he's almost 10 now! His favourite winter activities include making a snow angel on every lawn we pass on our morning and afternoon tours, snowshoeing and saying Hi to the neighbours. He comes to school in the summer months - come visit him! He can't wait to say hi!!!
Moose or Mr. Moose - Ms. King
Mr. Moose is an 8 year old dachshund beagle mix and he loves the snow! (...To be fair, this is brave of him since his chest is only an inch from the ground!!) He does NOT like to go for walks usually, but if there's a fresh snowfall, you will see him hopping and trotting along with his little bum wiggling in excitement! :)
Gus
Gus is a nine year old Wolfadoodle who weighs 120 pounds and loves to be outside in the snow.

Cash is a four year old English Springer Spaniel who loves the snow and finding his ball under the snow in our yard

Jack - Mrs. Ritondo
Jack is a mixed breed male who is going on 13 but a puppy at heart. He loves the snow, treats and especially his cozy bed.
Kooper - Ms. Lim

Mrs. Claws - Matt
Mrs. Claws is a Christmas-loving cat who enjoys the backyard, eating & sleeping, and adding a little holiday mischief wherever she goes.
Selene LaFlouffe - Mrs. Doran
Selene LaFlouffe, 1.5 year old female kitty. Very mischievous, but also soft and pettable. She is looking forward to knocking down many ornaments (and possibly the whole tree) this holiday season.
Fig - Ms Robinson
Fig is a 10 year old barn cat who absolutely loves Christmas presents.
Arygll and Kipper -

Aggie and Kipper are West Highland Terriers who enjoy being cozy on a blanket under the tree.
Zub - Ms.Hughes
Zub is our 1 year old Hamster. He was named after Artem Zub. He is very well loved in our house and loves just hanging out snuggled in the hood of your sweatshirt.
Benson - Mrs. Potter
This is Benson, aka “Kitty Claus”. He’s not a big fan of cookies, but will happily accept no more than 5 seconds of belly scratches or a taste of some leftover cereal milk.
