Six Initial Ideas (and Chosen One)
I am working with Julissa Salazar on this project. We decided to choose the design on a sub sandwich for our final PCB design. It features two slices of bread, lettuce, some form of meat, cheese, and tomatoes, which will the the element that lights up. We decided to choose this one because it was fun!
Final Online Design of the PCB (Fusion)
I worked with Julissa on this project. We made a PCB that is shaped like a sub sandwich, and the tomatoes are the part of the sandwich that light up with LEDs (red). We will hopefully add a programmable ATtiny to control different sets of light that turn on in sequence, but that is still yet to be done.
I will remember how important it is to first lay out the electronic schematic before designing the board and understanding all of the components that will appear on the board to take them into account while thinking about the aesthetics of the board.
