I have a hard time getting started and taking inspiration. I struggle a lot with the design process and coming up with an initial idea.

The final product in use
I ended up creating a parallel and series circuit in the same breadboard. The top half with the yellow LED is one pathway and the 3 blue LEDs are another pathway in the parallel circuit. The 3 LEDs are all connected in series. I also added 2 switches.
Here are a few of our ideas. We ended up choosing a gingerbread man with the LEDs for he eyes and middle buttons.

This was my Rhino model that I created after ideation. I really liked the idea of having the speaker itself be on two different planes to add depth to its shape. I chose everything to be out of wood. I also made the boxes snap fit together to make the final putting together easier.
After a long time I built the breadboard. I forgot the add the alligator clips that connected the speakers to the breadboard itself but it works.
This is my chipboard prototype. It is help together with tape because many of the snap fit pieces would't have worked otherwise. I also had to use a lot of tape for the supports because they weren't thick enough to hold up the wirght of the box, but in the actual one it should be fine.
This is what I ended up with. There is still things that could be added to make the speaker look more connected, but I will do that next semester. Overall, I am happy with how it turned out despite the time crunch near the end.
