Strength: I believe creativity and adaptability are my strengths in design/engineering.
Area for growth: I would like to become more comfortable with building circuits and learning about them in order to identify why they are or are not working.
Things I want to commit to in the documentation of my work:
1) Having concise descriptions that provide context.
2) Including an adequate amount of visuals to make my work process easier to understand.
3) Keeping my site organized and up to date.
One 1K resistor and three LEDs in series.
These are some designs I came up for the PCB Design project in partners.
My partner and I decided to go for a Dino Board from her sketches. There were some problems with the points overlapping in the Rhino file, but the outline itself was easy to make. Everything turned out well in the end.
Building a circuit such as this one was a new experience that challenged me but that was very rewarding and enjoyable.
This is the circuit board Katrina and I worked on. We personalized it by adding our names to it accompanied by heart outlines.
At this point, I have finished soldering my circuits. I was getting static from one of my speakers, but luckily it was an easy fix through the re-soldering of the LED light.
This is my final speaker! I am proud it works and that I was able to finish. I went for a rectangular prism with some modifications such as the frame-like shape in the front and the cutout design on the sides.
