Rickmansworth Players at Watersmeet Theatre

Rickmansworth Players are proud to present Robert Louis Stevenson's classic story of pirates, murder, money and mutiny, Treasure Island, at Watersmeet, Rickmansworth in November.

It's a dark and stormy night at the Benbow Inn. Young Jim opens the door to a terrifying stranger. At the old sailor's feet sits a huge sea-chest, full of secrets. Jim invites him in - and the treacherous voyage begins.

You’ll be immersed in a gripping tale of loyalty, betrayal, excitement, and terror, as Jim joins a motley crew of pirates on a treasure hunt across the ocean!

Featuring swashbuckling combat scenes, original live music and sea shanties, this compelling modern adaptation by Bryony Lavery, originally staged at The National Theatre, will have you on the edge of your seat!

Performance dates are 19th - 22nd November 2025 at 7.30pm, with a signed performance on the Thursday evening and an additional matinee performance at 2.30pm on the Saturday, at Watersmeet in Rickmansworth.

Group discounts are available for bookings of 10 or more and a further £1 discount per ticket for school bookings. Recommended for ages 10+
