Our play ranger team will be at parks and open spaces across the district from Monday 30 March to Friday 10 April (excluding Good Friday and Easter Monday), with sessions starting at 10am, 1pm and 4pm each day for children in years 1 – year 7. Join the play rangers for building camp fires, toasting marshmallows, creating woodland crafts, climbing trees, rope swings and lots more outdoor fun! During our sessions children and young people are encouraged to explore their local woodland and open spaces, where they can play freely.
Three Rivers District Council Easter Playschemes and Play Rangers
Join Three Rivers this Easter as we prepare for the return of our popular playscheme and play ranger service.
Our playscheme will be running during the Easter holidays from Monday 30 March to Friday 10 April (excluding Good Friday and Easter Monday), 8.30am - 5pm at Yorke Mead Primary School for children in reception to year six. A typical day will be a mix of indoor and outdoor games and activities, sports, arts and crafts. There will also be the opportunity for groups to mix and play team games. Lunch will be taken together in the middle of the day. We will also be joined by a host of visitors including Tennis by Sam, Mr Marvel, Saracens Cheerleading and Herts Fire.
Churches Together Croxley Green will be hosting a circus event at All Saints Church on Saturday, 14th March - especially geared for families with children 11 and under. Tickets are limited !
Croxley Green Parish Council is hosting a Silent Disco on Sunday 22 March (12:00–4:30pm) at Croxley Green Community Club as part of Neurodiversity Week. There will be a range of session types, including smaller sensory-sensitive sessions and larger family sessions, to help ensure the event is as accessible and comfortable as possible.
