AUR20720 Certificate II Automotive Vocational Preparation (2 Year Course)
Delivered at either Park Road Trade Training Centre in partnership with BSSC (RTO: 6659)
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who perform a limited range of tasks relating to identifying and inspecting mechanical and electrical components and systems of light vehicles, heavy vehicles, outdoor power equipment, bicycles, marine craft and motorcycles. This qualification also covers the skills and knowledge required to perform minor maintenance and repair of an automotive vehicle body.

Students will be awarded the Certificate II in Automotive Studies on the successful completion of all the required units of competency. The RTO BSSC are responsible for issuing qualifications and statements of attainment associated with this course.

AURTTJ003: Remove and replace wheel and tyre assemblies
AURETR006: Solder electrical wiring and circuits
Completing this program may assist students interested in apprenticeships and further study in other relevant qualifications.
