Renaissance

This weekend, please go to the website, to the Humanities 2 page and then click on “Renaissance.” I will post a link to the PBS website created for its series Medici: Godfathers of the Renaissance. The Medici family is extremely important in the Italian Renaissance because they held money and power. As patrons, they are responsible for funding much of the famous pieces of Italian Renaissance art that permeates our world today. On the website, please read and takes notes on “Part 1: The Birth of a Dynasty,” “Part 2: Magnificent Medici” and then please click on “The Renaissance” in the toolbar at the top of the page and on that page, click on, read and takes notes about “Machiavelli.”
