These pronouns (me, te, se, nos, os, se) are the ones used with reflexive verbs ending in -arse, erse, irse
Sometimes can be confused with reciprocal pronouns, impersonal "se" or indirect object pronouns when used together with direct object pronouns (i.e. -selo, -sela, etc)
To avoid confusion analyze if the action is done on the person doing the action:
Me seco el pelo.
Te lavas las manos
Se duerme enseguida
Nos ponemos un abrigo
Os levantáis temprano
Se acuestan tarde
