1st Period:

- Students worked with a partner (Clock) to complete Page 2 of the Review of Confucianism, Legalism, and Daoism handout (see attachment). For this assignment, students had to interpret a quote, determine which philosophy would support the quote, and why.

1st Period Homework:

1. Finish Page 2 of the Review of Confucianism, Legalism, and Daoism handout (see attachment)

6th Period:

- Students were introduced to the Facebook Profile Activity. Each student was to create a Facebook Profile for his/her philosopher. As part of the profile, students had to write 3 status updates on 3 different topics (education, role of government, etc.), determine 2 people in history that their philosopher might have been friends with, choose a quote their philosopher would agree with as the cover photo, etc. See the directions for Facebook Profile below.

6th Period Homework:

1. ALL students must be finished with step 5 only on the directions page for the Facebook Profile.
