Today in class, students completed a Bell Ringer - Overview of Ch. 1. Students could use their notes. If you were absent, please see me to make this up.

We then reviewed Adam Smith and the notion of the "Invisible Hand."

The class then discussed the following:

š1. How does this TED Talk relate to the Invisible Hand?

š2. Essential question moving forward: what do you think is the most sensible, effective balance between a free economy and government involvement?
