6th Period:

- Class began with a question of the day. Students were given a slip of paper as they entered with one of the Chinese philosophies. Students then had determine the role of government and 2 buzz words associated with that philosophy. Students swapped papers and had to figure out what philosophy their partner had described. Student answers were shared on the board.

- Next, students worked on creating a Facebook Profile for an assigned character (Confucius, Lao-Tzu, or Han Fe Zi). Students began with step 5 on the directions sheet

Homework:

1. Complete steps 1-5 on the Facebook Profile Sheet. (see attachments)

Period 6 & 7

- During class, students worked with a partner to complete the "Chinese Philosophies - Scenarios Worksheet."
