Students completed "Economic Systems: Sorting Vocabulary" worksheet as a Bell Ringer (see attachment). The class then reviewed the answers to the Bell Ringer, and students graded their own worksheet. This was collected and counted as a grade.

On a sheet of paper, students were asked to brainstorm at least 5 compotnents of an excellent advertisements. These were then shared out to the rest of the class. Students were then introduced to the "Advertisements of Economic Systems" assignment (see attachment). Students were asked to create 3 separate advertisements for the economic systems (MUST complete one advertisement for the Free Enterprise system; the other 2 advertisements could be chosen from market, traditional, or command). Students were provided with blank sheets of white paper; students could choose to work individually or with a partner.

Homework:

1. 3.1-3.3 Notes are due Friday

2. Finish advertisements - several groups finished; if you did not finish, you will have a little bit of time tomorrow to finish; the advertisements are due on Monday

3. Test - on Wednesday (has been moved from Monday) - the Test covers Chapter 1-3
