The pool at Bethesda, the place of LOST and LAST hope

There is a prophetic message for you today from John 5:1 to 9. A man who had been suffering for a long time was made whole at the pool of Bethesda. That man at Bethesda had lost all his hope and beyond Bethesda, there was death awaiting him. The expected miracle did not take place when the angel came down and stirred up the water. Others who were able to get into the poor at the time of troubling of the water received miracles before his very eyes. That man complained to Jesus who made a debut at Bethesda, "Sir, I have no man when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steps down before me...." Are you like that man at Bethesda, having lost all your hope in your life? For you, the poor at Bethesda is the LOST and LAST HOPE. If this miracle does not happen, you will really face death. The circumstances in your life have forced you to reach the pool of Bethesda today. You did look for human help all these years but in vain. Now no human being is there to help you. Wait! Now Jesus, the Son of God, is there by your side. He has come to the pool of Bethesda in search of you, the lost lone sheep. The pool at Bethesda where Jesus personally met and healed a man who had been suffering for 38 years is an unavoidable spiritual experience in our spiritual journey and you have to pass by the pool at Bethesda. All was well with you in the beginning of your spiritual journey with God opening the Red Sea and your experiencing supernatural miracles, one after another. But you have to reach the pool at Bethesda one day. For you, it is the place of death of your hope; it is the place of last hope. All these days you have been waiting on God to receive your miracle in the manner others have received the same. The water was troubled before your eyes. But, alas, someone who was stronger than you in faith received the divine blessing. You had heard the wonderful testimonies of God working miracles in the lives of others. The circumstances in your life forced you to reach the pool at Bethesda, not expecting the visitation of the Son of God but merely expecting the miracle of the water being troubled. You must have sought the intercessory prayers of some servants of God for a miracle in your life but in vain. You were looking for human help and now the time has come in your life and you say, "Human help is vain".

The place of lost hope is the place of revival of your dead hope. The place of last hope becomes the place of the restoration of your earlier faith in Jesus. If the Son of God does not meet you at the pool at Bethesda, then you will really face the death.

The eyes of Jesus are fixed on you only as you sit at the pool and not on the multitude around you because you have suffered more than the multitude around you.

Jesus has not come to Bethesda, not to bless the multitudes but to bless you individually because you have suffered more than others. This is the visitation of the Son of God in your life, just to bless you in a unique manner which is quite different from the manner Jesus blesses others.

May the Lord open your spiritual eyes to behold the Son of God reaching out and touching you as you read this message!
