Here's what you need to make it:
- 1 indivual plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Couple leaves of Mint (finely chopped)
- 1 large Onion
- 1 can of Garbanzo (chickpea) beans
- 1 TBSP Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Sprinkle of Cayenne
- 1/2 cup water
Here's how you make it
- Mix together Yogurt, Garlic Powder, and Mint
- Put yogurt mixture in the refrigerator to while making the rest
- Cut up onion into strips of desired length and width
- Put Garbanzo beans, Cilantro, Cumin, and Cayenne in a blender and mix
- Slowly add water and mix until it becomes the consistency of batter
- Add Onions and mix well
- Spoon into a hot pan and flip when brown on one side.
