Mini Meatloaf

Here's what you need:

2 lbs of lean ground beef (or lean ground turkey)

1 small onion chopped

1 cup italian season bread crumbs

1 TBSP Worsetershire Sauce

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 TBSP Pure Maple Syrup

Add ¼ cup ketchup to list

Add 2 eggs to list


Here's how you make it:

First, preheat oven to 400°. Crack two eggs into a large bowl. Then, add the meat into the bowl. Mix the eggs and the meat together. (It is easier to use your hands to do this.) Add in your breadcrumbs, onion, smoked paprika, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and maple syrup. Mix. Spray the muffin tin with PAM, or some type of cooking oil. Take a handful of the meat mixture, and shape it into a ball. Put it in the muffin tin, and continue to do so until you have run out. Put the muffin tin in the oven, and it will take about 20-30 minutes for them to cook.
