Breakfast Skillet

Time to mix up the meals a bit and decided to make dinner outside in the firepit! Plus breakfast for dinner, how can you go wrong?!? You can make this over a campfire, your grill, or on your stove!


Here's what you need: (Remember it's totally customizable so you can make it your very own)

Italian seasoned ground turkey

Red Potatoes

Red Pepper

Chives

Fresh Spinach

4 eggs

Ground Pepper


Here's how you make it:

Turn a burner on high, and set your big iron skillet on it. Put the Italian seasoned ground turkey in, and let it cook for a while. If it starts looking a little dry, you can add a little bit of olive oil (about 1 Tbsp). Add your cut-up red potatoes, and stir. Let that cook for a bit, and then add the eggs and peppers. Mix those into the skillet along with the pepper. Add chives, cheese, and spinach, and you’re done!
