Fruit Nachos

What you need:

  • Apples
  • Pears
  • Peanut Butter
  • Greek Yogurt (any flavor)
  • Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc)

You could even add some raisins or crasins if you like. Plus if you wanted to be a little naughty add some chocolate chips, mini m&m's, caramel sauce, or chocolate syrup to your nachos.

Directions: Slice Apples and Pears in half and cut out the core and stems. Slice each section of the fruit into thin chip size pieces. Place on plate laying each slice on each other creating rows. Heat Peanut Butter for a few seconds in the microwave and drizzle on top of the sliced apples and pears. Gently dollop the Greek yogurt on the slices in a few random places. Add your favorite berries on top and enjoy!
