Flourless Brownie Muffins
Yes you heard that right, stick with your diet and enjoy these delicious brownies.

Here's what you need:
- 1 15oz can of Garbanzo Beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1/2 cup Natural Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 3 TBSP melted Coconut Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until its smooth. Pour into a greased 9"x9" pan (or muffin tin). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
