Flourless Brownie Muffins

Yes you heard that right, stick with your diet and enjoy these delicious brownies.

Here's what you need:

  • 1 15oz can of Garbanzo Beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1/2 cup Natural Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 3 TBSP melted Coconut Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until its smooth. Pour into a greased 9"x9" pan (or muffin tin). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
