Peanut Butter Pretzel Protein Bars
Good luck trying to stay away from this crazy delicious protein bar! It will become a household favorite it no time!!! Give these simple no bake bars a try and share your families reaction with me!
Here's what you need:
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 cup of Oats
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (or Almond butter)
- 1/2 cup Pretzels
- 1/3 cup Protein Powder (I used vanilla but you can use Chocolate or another flavor if you wish)
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Chocolate chips for topping
Here's how you make this ridiculously easy no bake recipe.
Combine all the dry ingredients. Heat the "wet" ingredients and mix together. Then combine the wet and dry ingredients. Press into a greased loaf pan (or pan of similar size) . Melt Chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the top. Refrigerate for a half hour, slice into bars, and enjoy!
