Grilled Porkchops, Sweet Potato, and Asparagus

Turn on the grill and make a delicious meal for the entire family! Heck, it's so good, make it for your whole neighborhood!

Here's what you need:

  • Cast Iron Skillet (if you like)
  • Pork Chops
  • Sweet Potato
  • Asparagus
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Grapeseed Oil
  • a Pinch of Basil
  • a Pinch of Rosemary
  • Seasoning for Asparagus
  • Tin Foil

Marinade:

  • olive oil
  • lemon
  • rosemary
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • black pepper

Directions:

Mix the marinade and marinate the pork chops for 30 minutes. Heat grill on medium low. Place cast iron skillet on the grill ad let it heat up. Wrap potato in tin foil. When the skillet is hot add some oil. Place the pork chops on the skillet and drizzle about the half the marinade on it. Then set the asparagus next to the pork chops in the skillet. Add the rosemary and basil over the pork chops. Hand crush the garlic cloves and spread them on the pork chops. Let it cook for a minute or two. Then grab some of the garlic with a tongs and rub the garlic into the pork chop. After another minute or two, flip the pork chops over and turn the asparagus. Season the asparagus. Rub the garlic on the pork chops again. Let it cook for a few more minutes and then take off, plate and enjoy!
