TASK 1

Zoom Class Output

Listen to the story keenly. Then answer the question: WHAT LESSON OR VALUES IS TAUGHT BY THE STORY? EXPLAIN YOUR ANSWER.

THE PARAGRAPH

A paragraph is a series of sentences that are organized and coherent, and are all related to a single topic. Almost every piece of writing you do that is longer than a few sentences should be organized into paragraphs. It may contain many different kinds of information: a series of brief examples or a single long illustration of a general point. It might describe a place, character, or process; narrate a series of events; compare or contrast two or more things; classify items into categories; or describe causes and effects.

THOUGHTS TO PONDER

The stories we grow up with in our locality would only mean so much when we grown out of childhood; most especially when you come to live or work afar from your hometown. These stories come with memories of your childhood, memories that you'd want to keep; worth-keeping or not. Now, that you probably all live in the city and stories of your hometown maybe something you haven't heard of; start asking your parents about them. These stories may still be passed on to the generations to come.
