4 slices of thick-cut bacon
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons half & half
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Instructions:
Cook the Bacon:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Whisk the Eggs:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, half & half, salt, and pepper until smooth.
