Special Abilities:
Crush X: When a Kaiju makes a kick attack that uses the remainder of their movement(when using martial arts kicks, this would be a kick that fully exhausts their remaining movement and therefore be the last kick of the turn), they add X to the damage that kick deals.
Element Breath X: X times per encounter, a kaiju may use their speak action to breathe a concentrated blast of elemental power. This is made as an accurate ranged attack, using the Gym skill, but it may not crit and it deals magical damage of a specific element. By default the range of this breath attack is 50 and the damage it deals if it hits is Xd8. When the kaiju takes their first level, they must choose an element. This element determines their Elemental Breath's element(and the opposite of this element defines the Kaiju's weakness). When they first gain this ability, they may also choose one of the special breath abilities from the list below:
More Powerful Blast: This ability raises the damage dice of their Element Breath from d8s to d10s.
Gaze Beam: This ability changes the action to use their Element Breath attack. Rather than using a speech action and blasting from their mouth, the blast now emanates from their eyes and uses an analyze action. An Element Breath attack changed in this way cannot be used if the kaiju's eyes are sealed shut somehow or they are otherwise rendered blinded.
Gaseous Breath: This ability changes the attack of the Element Breath attack. Rather than affecting a single target at a range of 50, it now affects all targets in a 10-foot wide area of effect that extends 30 feet from the kaiju's mouth directly in front of it. The kaiju still attacks as normal, but all targets must defend against the attack.
Poisonous Breath: This ability changes the damage of the Element Breath attack. Rather than dealing Xd8 once, it deals 1d8 to a hit target at the beginning of each of its next X full turns. Spells that remove poisons also prevent further damage from this attack.
Long Range Blast: This ability doubles the range of the Element Breath attack from 50 to 100.
