Racial Advantages: Elemental Affinity(choose one)
Racial Disadvantages: Elemental Weakness(opposite element of Affinity)
Innate Spell XMP: Your character has a genetically determined ability to cast a single spell with an MP cost of up to X MP. The spell must be of the same element chosen as the Empyrean's Elemental Affinity advantage. If the character does not have the Empyrean's Elemental Affinity advantage, then choose an element for this ability when it is acquired; if the character acquires the Empyrean's Elemental Affinity advantage later, it must be for the same element chosen for this ability. The character casts the spell in a manner similar to a Caster's spellcasting, but without the benefit available from spellbooks or the emotional burst ability. However, rather than the usual choice of skills and stats, the Empyrean casts with a skill chosen when this race is first taken and the personality stat. As this ability gains in power, you may choose a more powerful spell, but only once each time the ability gains power. Boosted spells can be used to fill this ability, but they must be approved by your GM first.
Elemental Utility XMP: When casting unboosted spells of the same element as the Innate Spell's element which do not directly affect others(that is, spells without a damage rating or a defense or personality oppose), the MP cost of those spells is lowered by X, to a minimum of 1.
