Special Abilities:
Specialized Biomage Channeling X/Y/Z: Dominion Powers can use their own MP to boost the power output of a vehicle equipped with BioWarp controls. The amount of their own MP that they can channel into a vehicle each round is equal to X, and Y is the maximum amount of ship MP this provides for most ships, for a total of 6 ship power MP per personal MP spent. If the Builder is channeling into a vehicle that matches their Engineering Concentration, the amount of MP each of their own MP spent grants is instead equal to 12, with a maximum of Z MP granted to the ship. Dominion Powers are limited in how much MP they can provide by the BioWarp controls, as they are listed with a number that reflects the maximum amount of MP they can channel in a single turn, though a Dominion Builder can spend their extra initiative turns to use this ability again, so long as they spend no more than X of their own MP in a single round.
Holy Repairs X: A Dominion Builder may spend a hand action to funnel up to X of their Divine Holy Light ability into a ship they're touching with Angelic Protectorate armor, restoring X of the armor's HP.
4th Dimensional View +X: A Dominion Builder with this ability can use their third eye's extradimensional abilities to see the slightest bit into the future for larger objects. Every round they are piloting a ship of size Large3 or larger, they gain +X that they may distribute between a bonus to their ship's maneuverability and a bonus to their rolls made to target other ships with laser weapons.
Engineering Concentration +X: When a Dominion Builder gains this ability, they must choose a single model of vehicle(even if that particular model only exists as an idea to them) as their concentration. The Builder gains a +X bonus to all rolls made to build, repair, or otherwise deal with that vehicle.
