Racial Advantages: Thick-Skinned, Glide
Racial Disadvantages: Slow-Paced, Big Target
Statue Form +X: Gargoyles gain the ability to shift into a statue-like version of themselves. Shifting into and out of this form takes all of their actions for a round. While they are in Statue Form, they cannot perform hand, move, or speak actions, though they can see, but cannot turn, can hear normally, and can perform mental actions, such as telepathic communication, if normally able to do so. If a Gargoyle is petrified by a spell, ability, or other effect, they are considered to be in their Statue Form.
Anytime a Gargoyle is hit by a soakable damaging effect or attack while in Statue Form, soak is rolled for that damage, even if soak has already been rolled that round. For every 15 minutes spent in Statue Form, a Gargoyle recovers X HP and MP.
Additionally, if a Gargoyle spends 5 or more consecutive minutes in Statue Form, they get a temporary total bonus of +X to their stats, distributed as they wish. This bonus expires 1 hour after Statue Form has ended.
Stone Sentry +X: Gargoyles are naturally adept at noticing when something in their sight is unusual. They receive a +X bonus to all vision-based Accuracy checks to notice or find something.
