Special Abilities:
Master Engineer +X: Engineers get a +X bonus to build, design, upgrade, or repair vehicles or weapons.
Lock Down X: X times per encounter, an Engineer may spend a single hand action when the ship they are in the engineering compartment of takes critical hit damage. The base difficulty to repair that damage is lowered by half the Engineer's agility, rounded down.
Just a bit more X%: An engineer with this ability may spend two hand actions to increase the power output of a vehicle's reactor for the round by X%.
Power Focus xX: X times per encounter, an engineer can spend a hand action to increase the damage of a single laser weapon type on the ship to its next step up for a single round. 4d6 damage becomes 4d8 damage, 4d8 becomes 4d10, and so on. If the weapon is already at its highest level(usually 4d12+2), it adds an additional 2 damage.
Multitasker +X: Every round, an Engineer gets X additional hand actions that they may spend only on managing a ship's power, repairing damage to that ship, or on any of their other engineer abilities.
