Kalina Swiesyn was an uninspiring subject from the planet Wysteria II. Wysteria II is located within the so-called Scintilla Zone, with the planet occupying the finger reaches of accessibility. The area is watched over by the Speed Trap, a decommissioned, recommissioned, reauthorized than transferred battleship of unknown original providence. Utilized to assist in trans-Scintilla Zone navigation, all evidence indicates that it stopped reporting in some number of years ago, and that the automated ship appears to have adjusted its programming. The ship in question has begun to destroy any ship that moves above 50 mph within a designated segment of the Zone, to which it was originally assigned. Preliminary investigative committee findings report that the ship's AI has either malfunctioned and initiated summery executions for all that significantly exceed its originally designated ability to issue speeding tickets, which was set for land based traffic, or the ship has simply lost its mind and is firing on any approaching ship in the region. Considering the remoteness and inaccessibility of the region, and by-with-therefore the insignificant amount of losses possible, the committee recommends no further action be taken at this point and time.
As for Wysteria II, it is a habitable world approaching mid-modern society, with the earliest beginnings of atomic energy and the recent innovation of computers. It is a magically rich world, and at one time was briefly invaded by Devilings (see case file: 2325192005180901 0909 0914220119091514 152205180212152314), but this was repulsed and the cultural malfluence left by such was "expulsed" by appropriate levels of cultural reeducation by the Angelic Protectorate officials.
Kalina Swiesyn was a high grade earning individual through school, and came from a dedicated, and nurturing family who were able to steer her away from such issues as intellectual burn out, and suicide which affect approximately 18% of young students of the planet. Graduating from her local college with a degree in Applied Magics, Kalina Swiesyn apparently died in an tragic bookshelf accident which resulted in her inadvertent demise. investigative committee findings indicate that a small seismic activity in the region was to blame, and that the deceased has been reborn in [Classified/redacted]
