Registration & Submission Process
Register for the badge scheme on MSDS Youth Programme Portal http://intranet.scout.org.sg and make payment accordingly.
Registration opens on Wednesday, 5 February 2025 and closes on Tuesday, 31 July 2025. The deadline will not be extended.
Refer to the requirements and complete all activities for the desired badge programme.
Badge Schemes that are progressive require the completion of the prior tier before embarking onto the next.
Submit Results Form, Invoice Number & Supporting Documents via the Google Form.
Supporting Documents will need to include at least 2 outstanding reflections and 2 photos of Scouts in action.
SSA reserves the right to request submission of materials for further validation and quality check. (Materials: record card/report/assignment/journal).
Badges will only be issued upon submission via the Google Form and successful payment to SSA HQ.
Upon validation, Leaders will be notified via email to collect their Units' badges at SSA HQ based on the collection periods stated below:
Batch 01 / 2025 (Closed)
Submission Deadline: by 1 April 2025
Collection Period: 1 May 2025 – 7 June 2025
Batch 02 / 2025
Submission Deadline: by 1 July 2025
Collection Period: 1 August 2025 – 6 September 2025
Batch 03 / 2025
Submission Deadline: by 2 September 2025
Collection Period: 1 October 2025 – 8 November 2025
