Explorer (Cub)

Badge Requirements

Complete THREE of the following requirements:

• Know the preparations required for a one-day expedition to a rural part of Singapore or to Pulau Ubin, e.g. cost, correct clothing, footwear, first aid kit, food, etc.
  
  

• Take part in two Cub Scout expeditions outdoors, one of which should include a hike of at least 5 km.
  
  

• Build and light a fire outdoors and use it to make a hot drink.
  
  

• Build a simple shelter.
  
  

• Find your way along a route of at least 1 km using one of the following methods:
  Compass, maps, landmarks, tracking signs, clues and codes.
