At Little Green we take our responsibility to engage with the community very seriously. Surveys are one of the many ways we endeavor to share our approaches with you and gain your feedback perspectives and ideas - this is a team effort!
We were very pleased with the positive Parent Survey results from our Governor Autumn survey. Of note:
ALL AGREE statements improved on summer percentages.
ALL but DISAGREE statements reduced with classroom disruption in line with previous surveys (up 3%) and reflecting some extra work and support we have already put in place to Year 3 - we would hope to see this reflected in a future survey.
We were delighted that 0% of parents felt their child didn't enjoy being a pupil at Little Green and only 6% were undecided - we will work hard to try and get everyone happy in the coming months!
Overall, a great set of survey results - we will keep doing what we are doing and try and do things even better!
There will be a more details governor response planed for the spring term.
Headlines: After some acknowledged challenges through covid the school worked hard to put effective systems in place and it is very pleasing to see these systems being recognised across the parent body. We are always working hard to listen and reflect on feedback and the governors will be looking at parent comments and suggestions and feeding back. It was also pleasing to have around 200 respondents to the survey making this one of the most representative ever.
Key data from Autumn 21 comparing with Summer 2021. There are also a range of comments that the governors will look at carefully and consider the school's position - always with the aim of improving our offer to the whole community.
