With a new ethos, we are taking a little time to redesign and simplify our on line School Development Plan.
Last year was a significant success in terms of on gong internal and external observations and monitoring; student surveys; parent surveys; sports triumphs, Year 4 Multiplication data; Year 6 Attainment; and Ofsted.

Our School Development Plan developed as a shared space for research and reflection in 2021. After a very successful trial - See 2021-2022 School Development Plan, we are now further refining and developing out plans for 2022-2023 building on the work of last year. One of the many strengths of the website approach is it allows us to link previous pages and documents to help make sense of current plans whilst seeing their progression and coverage of the whole school's development.
Our 2022-23 page will develop as part of out staff and students training and research driven and developed by the Little Green Junior School Team. Please do ask questions or share your own thoughts as always - we are stronger together!
