Intent for 2022/23 - Actions identified from 21/22 Impact Review

• Increasing the number of visits to places of worship and worship communities (many places are still opening slowly post-Covid, so initially making contact and seeing what resources they have available to support us with our teaching).  Additionally, opening the school to visits from the religious communities in our local area. 

• To develop subject knowledge of staff, initially with 'Understanding Christianity', but then other areas. 

• To facilitate the implementation of the new agreed syllabus 2023-28 at Little Green School. 

• To audit teaching resources in the school and to make use of the SACRE resource boxes - both to use in our teaching, but also to quality assess resources to see the impact they have on learning.

• To monitor, and to support staff with, SEN and PPG provision.

• To begin to raise the profile of REWV.
