Intent: to track staff wellbeing in real time to ensure any issues can be resolved as reasonably and as quickly as possible to ensure a healthy positive staff team, working environment and Wellbeing culture at the heart of the school.
Implementation: Jo Rowland to work with Aidan Whitelaw to offer extra support for wellbeing and develop an electronic tracking system (low effort high impact) to support the process.
Aidan Whitelaw to attend two day Mental Health First Aid Course to further develop knowledge and identify best practice and systems - See below.
Jo and Aidan to develop on line well-being tracker alongside monitoring and developing the school's wellbeing offer - see Wellbeing Actions list: Staff Well Being Events-from September 2021
We set up a road safety council to try and tackle, head on, the issues around our limited road access and the issues this causes before and after school. See below for our actions and impact to date!
