Support Table Updates

One part of the behaviour policy that was a point of discussion was the support table. Our current policy's table shares the support and consequences put in place for poor behaviour. It was recognised that it was helpful for staff to use as guidance but it needed updating with the words we use for behaviour. 

Drafting a new support table and guidance was the next step in adapting our behaviour policy. It is drafted and awaiting SLT discussion.

Action for 2023 - 24: Agree the wording for the support  guidance table in relation to steps therapeutic thinking training.
