Head's Appraisal

Mr. Roberts, the current headteacher of Little Green, is very keen to model transparency. For this reason we are able to share his appraisal form. We see Mr. Roberts' appraisal as a simple introduction to the school aims and actions. Mr. Roberts has responsibility for driving the school.

We have developed our own appraisal form based on the Hertfordshire County Form but digitalised to allow links to ongoing pieces of development and research across the school. The approach itself is one of research and development and we look forward to developing this approach with Mr. Roberts over the coming months.
