Learning EXPERIenCE

5th grade students conducted research and created presentations using WeVideo about African Americans. Students then shared their projects and held a round table discussion sharing their opinions and perspectives on what they learned.

What the students like about this experience:

I enjoyed researching and learning new information about my famous American. I also enjoyed communicating their information to others.

What the teacher likes about this experience:

I enjoyed seeing the students collaborate together on their video when sharing about their Famous Americans. They did a great job working on their research they were able to communicate what they learned from their research in their videos or in their Google Slides.

Students did research on Famous Americans and chose to create Google Slides or WeVideos on them.
