Students were posed with the problem of pollution threatening our oceans and causing animals to become extinct. They collaborated with others to create solutions to save these animals. Their solutions were presented for other students in the school to raise awareness about this global issue.
"We liked getting to research about the Indian Ocean. We worked together to teach others about the animals that are endangered in the Indian Ocean. Our group had trouble agreeing on one thing, but we worked together to finish." - Londyn & Mekhi
"Working in groups to accomplish a goal is a crucial life ready skill. My class has seen the advantages, but also the challenges of working with others who might think or work differently than them." - Mrs. Vigen
