Craig Smith

Craig Anthony Smith joined BIS HCMC in August 2025, bringing over a decade of international teaching experience across the UK, Australia, China, and Japan. He holds a Certificate of Higher Education in Secondary Education (Physical Education) from the University of Brighton, UK.

With a strong background in PE and student wellbeing, Craig is known for building meaningful relationships and encouraging students to grow in both character and skill through sport. He has held several leadership positions, including Head of PE and Athletic Director, and has been heavily involved in teaching swimming in both Australia and China.

Originally from Lincoln, England, Craig has a lifelong love of football and enjoys swimming and surfing in his spare time. He is excited to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City and contribute to BIS’s vibrant and inclusive community.
