Simon joined BIS HCMC in August 2025 as Principal, marking the start of his 10th year at the school. Prior to this, he spent seven years as Principal of our sister school, BVIS HCMC. Simon first worked at BIS HCMC from 2009 to 2018, serving as Primary Deputy Headteacher for five years and then as Primary Headteacher for four years. He feels both privileged and proud to have worked at both Nord Anglia schools across the city.
Simon has a passion for creative teaching methods and developing both students and staff as lifelong learners. He strives to ensure the best possible holistic learning experience by fostering a culture of innovation and initiative, built on respect, integrity, and intercultural understanding. He thrives on developing the leadership of those around him and leads with a firm yet compassionate style that builds positivity and belonging.
