Julie Prost

BA in Languages and literature, France, Lyon 3 and University College London 

PGCE in French, Institute of Education, London 

Julie joined BIS HCMC in August 2022. She was born in France and has always enjoyed new experiences; straight after her 18th birthday she left France for London, then Tokyo, then Brussels and now Ho Chi Minh City. Julie treasures any kind of challenge and teaching gives her just that every single day. She has been a secondary teacher for over 14 years, across ages and subjects. Teaching French, her mother tongue, is a passion, but TOK brings the “petit je ne sais quoi” to make each teaching day different. Languages are a big part of her life, being part of a trilingual home, where French, English and Japanese are spoken. In her free time, Julie enjoys reading and shopping, eating out and playing board games and, when time allows, going on new adventures with her family.
