Sean joined BIS in August 2020 after teaching in the Cambridge area. Originally from Kent, he qualified as a Physics teacher at the University of Cambridge as an Institute of Physics scholar, during which he won the award for Overall Outstanding Contributions to all aspects of the course. Prior to teaching, Sean had a successful career as an Engineer Officer in the UK's Armed Forces which instilled in him a passion for STEAM in education. Aside from Physics, Sean's main interests include reading, skiing, travel and learning about new cultures.
