Lee values an education that not only nurtures compassionate global citizens, who excel academically but also have the confidence to face the world with empathy and understanding.

As a French and German teacher, Lee has always sought to further student learning in innovative, relevant and engaging ways. Lee has led workshops and been a speaker at several educational conferences such as EduTech and 21CLHK, where he enjoys sharing his own learning and, more importantly, learning from fellow teachers and school leaders. Lee is also a BSO accredited inspector and has been an IB examiner for more years than he wants to admit!

In his spare-time, Lee can often be found gripped by a good book, or competing with himself to run the Thao Dien loop a little bit faster than his previous attempt.
