Erica has lived in Vietnam since 2013 and joined the BIS community in 2018, having previously worked for several years as an EAL teacher and manager in both Chiang Mai and HCMC.

As well as a focus on high quality learning and engagement, she is committed to equality, inclusion and student wellbeing.

Outside of school, Erica enjoys travelling and discovering all the beautiful sights and delicious food in both Vietnam and further afield. She also loves to read, cycle, and spend time with family, friends, and her rescue cat, Storm!
