Bachelor of Science (Major in Child Development and Education), Miriam College Foundation, Philippines

Christina graduated from Miriam College in the Philippines with a degree in Child Development and Education. She has been a teacher at BIS since 2003. Prior to this, Christina was an active volunteer teacher for the Office for Social Involvement at Miriam College. Christina also volunteered at Chamberette Day Care Center, where she engaged with children from disadvantaged backgrounds. In addition, she directed and choreographed a play for Unang Hakbang Foundation, a non-profit organisation that provides educational opportunities for children in rural areas. Christina is passionate about teaching and is committed to helping all children reach their full potential. She is particularly interested in honing young minds and helping them develop a love of learning.

Christina lives in Vietnam with her husband and three children, ages 11, 8 and 4.  In her free time, she enjoys baking, calligraphy, traveling and spending time with her family.
