Luz joined BIS in August 2024. She graduated from the Université de Metz with Masters (Hons) degrees in French and English. She completed her PGCE at Leeds University. A true lifelong learner, Luz has continued to develop her skills by achieving a further MSc in specialised translation, and a range of teaching and leadership courses.

She began teaching in the UK and throughout her career, has held a range of middle leadership positions in international schools. Luz has experience teaching first and second languages courses in French and Spanish and joined BIS from Egypt.

As a teacher, Luz treasures international education and appreciates how BISHCMC prepares students to succeed academically and thrive in the world as global citizens. She believes in the importance of unlocking every student’s potential.

Luz loves Vietnam and is thrilled to call HCMC her home.
