Maha joined BIS HCMC in August 2025, bringing over 13 years of international teaching experience across the Middle East, including recent roles in two outstanding schools in Dubai. With a background in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and a PGCE from the University of Birmingham, she has taught Science and Chemistry across KS3 to KS5, including A-Level and BTEC.

Passionate about fostering independent, curious learners, Maha uses inquiry-based, hands-on approaches to make science engaging and relevant. She believes in supporting the whole child—academically, emotionally, and socially—and has led wellbeing-focused initiatives such as student mentoring programmes and extracurricular clubs. A qualified table tennis referee and former competitive player, Maha brings energy, compassion, and a strong sense of community to her teaching and wider school life.
